First go Create - Polygon Primitives – Cylinder
Now drag the mouse and create a Cylinder
Use scale tool for adjusting the cylinder
It is now in ware mode, like that

Press 5 for mesh mode
Hold right mouse button and go to vertex option

Select top middle one vertex
When you select the vertex it will be changed into yellow color
Now hold Shift button + right click and drag the mouse to the Chamfer vertex option

Or go to Edit Mesh – Chamfer Vertex

It will split the vertex

Again right click on the object and go to Face option

Select the middle face

Now select the Scale tool
And select middle yellow color box of the Scale Tool and Drag

Now go to Edit – Extrude option

Now manipulator change like that

Select the blue arrow option and drag down

Press 4 and go to side view and adjust the cylinder

Now go to perspective view press g, it will repeat the same tool [Extrude]
First click on the blue color box, it will change now in yellow color
Then Select sky color box and drag

We completed the first step
Now go to the second step and save your file [Ctrl+s]

Select the bottom vertex of the Cylinder
Now go to Edit Mesh – Chamfer Vertex

Go to Face option and select the middle face

Press r and scale for small

Now go to object mode

This is the final step of creating glass
Go to side view and select vertex option
Left click and drag select all the bottom vertex
Press r or select Scale Tool

Select middle yellow color box of the scale tool and drag for small

Now your glass is ready. Press 5 and see

Now we smooth the glass
Before smooth the glass we have to do some work
Go to Edit Mesh – Insert Edge Loop Tool

Now glass edge change in sky color
This tool creates extra edge and it will prevent the glass from distorting when we apply smooth option
Create edge or boundary top and bottom of the glass inside and outside both and middle also.
Just click it will crate edge.

Now go for object mode
Press w
Select the glass
Go to Mesh – Smooth Option
Your glass is smooth now

When we apply the smooth option, it will increase the segment of the object
